In conjunction with the release of TEAMS XI, QSI announces the TEAMS XI Launch Pad consisting of the QSI TEAMS XI software modules and training necessary for new clients to develop and deploy a complete Intelligent Field Service Solution. It provides our clients with the TEAMS XI software components necessary to establish their model based troubleshooting initiatives and deploy them throughout their service operations.
A deployed TEAMS XI solution improves the Quality of Service while reducing the Cost of Service and provides the analytic capability to optimize the enterprise warranty and support cost structure. TEAMS XI empowers your call center and field service people with Intelligent and Dynamic Troubleshooting scripts that enable diagnosis before dispatch.
The TEAMS XI Launch Pad is a complete launch solution from onsite training and workshops for your support staff through to deployment of an Intelligent Reasoner that enables every technician to perform like an expert, even when faced with new problems on unfamiliar equipment.
The TEAMS XI Launch Pad consists of the following elements:
- 4 day Training Course and Modeling Workshop on your site to get your Knowledge Engineers up and running.
- 2 Copies of TEAMS Designer to model and analyze your equipment, and to quantify and optimize its support costs.
- 1 Copy of TEAMS-Remote Diagnostic Server Enterprise Edition to provide customer self help and web based guided troubleshooting.
- 10 Copies of TEAMATE to provide self contained solutions in laptop computers for guided troubleshooting where no network connection is available.
The complete TEAMS XI Launch Pad is discounted significantly to a price of $150,000 and will be available only through the end of calendar year 2007. Maintenance, Engineering and Support will be billed at 20% annually.
