Find out how TEAM®-Pack+ with the FMECA option can enable Design for Service Engineering across your enterprise

Limited Time Offer available now through September 30th, 2009

QSI's TEAMS software was originally built for the aerospace industry and NASA. But no matter whether a system propels a spacecraft or an automobile, whether it generates power, carries data, refines chemicals, performs medical functions, or produces semiconductor wafers, the conditions that cause the equipment to fail ("failure modes") can be modeled, analyzed, linked to test procedures, and used to generate an intelligent diagnostic solution.

By aiding systems designers and test engineers to embed testability features, including "Built-in-Test" requirements into a system design, and by aiding the maintenance engineer to develop near-optimal diagnostic strategies, TEAMS® software contributes to better designs that reduce support costs and improve availability.

Multiple NASA centers are using the QSI technology. Ames Research Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, and Johnson Space Center all have TEAMS®-Designer Site Licenses and several other centers are currently purchasing individual licenses to support their Constellation tasks. The innovative modeling and analysis capabilities provided by the TEAMS® tool suite enable design information to be utilized during later system lifecycle phases, such as in ground processing at the launch site and on-board the vehicle itself.

We have found from our experience with NASA that for every full time user of TEAMS®-Designer creating models for testability and supportability analysis there are four or five engineers who need the ability to analyze the models and review the results.

To meet the needs of your extended TEAM we have put together a special TEAM-Pack+ with the FMECA option. A package of floating TEAMS®-Designer licenses that allows up to 10 users within the enterprise to concurrently use TEAMS®-Designer.

TEAM®-Pack+ Includes:

  • 10 TEAMS®-Designer (With FMECA Option)  Floating Licenses for use throughout the customer site

TEAM®-Pack+ Cost: $150,000 per year for an Annual License

To take advantage of the TEAMS®-Pack+ offer a Purchase Order must be received by September 30th, 2009

The beauty of the TEAMS® software is that while it can be used in the complex applications of NASA’s research projects, it functions in essentially the same way for the simpler applications required by other industries and companies, especially those who, like QSI, work closely with NASA.  The idea is to help companies capture information about how their equipment might fail so they can keep it working. The software improves fault isolation, eliminates shotgun maintenance, and increases equipment availability.  What works so well for NASA can work equally well, even at a less complex level, for field service organizations with high value business critical assets, where downtime is expensive.
