There are few reasons you may not be able to edit your model:
- The model is in a old format and needs to be updated. To update the model, go to Tools from the main menu and select Update Model to Latest Format.
- The model was opened as a read-only xml model. To edit the model, go to File in the main menu and select Save Model As. After saving the model, you shoul be able to edit it.
- TEAMS-Designer is in “View Hierarchy” mode, just click on the “Edit” icon in the main toolbar to edit the model.
- You may be inside a reference library module. Reference library modules are only read-only and cannot be edited. If you wish to edit a library module, open and edit the TEAMS-Designer model containing the referenced library module. Once you have completed editing the model, export it to the database. Open the model containing the referenced library model and update it by selecting Check for Model Updates from the Tools sub-menu.
